Q:4 Can I buy the chain only?
A:4 Yes they can be found in the cross collection.

Q:5 Do you wholesale the bells?
A:5 Yes, the bells are avaliable for wholesale to owners who have a storefront. Dealer inquiries call or email us through the "contact us" tab at the top of this website.

Q:6 Do you drop ship?
A:6 This is decided on a case by case basis. If you are interested in setting up a dropship agreement please call 800 225-4210.

Q:7 Do you replace broken chains for free?
A:7 No Replacement chains may be purchased through the website. If you receive a defective chain please call 800 225-4210 so we can take care of the problem.

Q:8 Are the chains silver?
A:8 yes chains are Sterling silver and made in Italy.

Q:9 What are the Bells made of?
A:9 All bells in the Collection are Sterling Silver?

Q:10 Can I clean the bells in a liquid silver cleaner?
A:10 Please do NOT clean with a liquid silver cleaner. Because the bells are antiqued, if you try to clean them in a liquid cleaner it will remove the antiquing and may turn the bell a dull white.

Q:11 How do I clean the bells and chains?
A:11 We suggest using a dry polishing cloth such as "connoisseurs dry jewelry wipes" to keep your bells looking new.

Q:12 What do I do if my bell "comes apart"?
A:12 Please contact us. We will repair and send it back to you for the cost of shipping, this should be less than $10.

Q:13 Can the bells be "customized"?
A:13 We make 2 bells that have an area that can have some names, dates or symbols added. Please call us to see if we can fill your request. 800 225-4210

Q:14 Do you make the bells in gold?
A:14 Yes, we make them in either 10K or 14K gold--call for pricing.
